Your Data & Privacy

We collect the details above to manage your membership, run club sessions and events, keep attendance and booking records, and contact you about your membership. Your emergency contact is held for safety reasons and used only if something happens to you at the club.

Our booking system lets members tag each other into games. By default your name appears in the booking search so others can tag you as an opponent or party member. You can opt out of this at any time from your profile page, and you can still make your own bookings.

We never sell your data. We share it only with the services that run the club: our website host, Discord (if you link your account), and our payment providers (PayPal and SumUp). We keep your data while you are a member and for up to 24 months after, then delete it. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing crithappensuk@gmail.com.
