Warhammer 40,000 11th Edition League
Welcome to our Warhammer 40,000 11th Edition League!

Whether you're a seasoned tournament regular, a casual player looking to play more games, or someone wanting to sharpen their skills, this league is for you.

The league is open to players of all experience levels and is designed to provide regular, enjoyable games in a welcoming community. While the format uses full-size 2,000-point armies and encourages players to challenge themselves and improve, the emphasis remains on good sportsmanship and having great games.

If you're looking to get more games in, prepare for future events, try out a new army, or simply enjoy meeting other members of the community, we hope you'll join us.

How the League Works
The league consists of 5 rounds
Each round lasts 1 month
You play one game per round
All games are played at 2,000 points
Pairings will be posted on Best Coast Pairings, and it is up to you and your opponent to arrange a suitable time and place to play before the round deadline.
Army Size
2,000 points for every round.
Players may submit a new list each round unless otherwise stated. All lists must be legal using the current rules pack and points for the league.

The league will use:

Warhammer 40,000 11th Edition Core Rules
The latest Chapter Approved Tournament Mission Pack
The current UKTC FAQ and rulings
The latest official FAQs, Errata, and Balance Updates up to the league rules cut-off date.
Each round's mission and terrain layout will be announced alongside the pairings.

Army Lists & Rules Cut-off

Army lists must be submitted through Best Coast Pairings before the start of each round.

Players are free to change their army list, detachment, and dispositions between rounds if they wish. Once a round begins, your submitted list is locked for the duration of that round.

A rules cut-off will be applied before each round. Any new FAQs, Errata, Balance Dataslates, points updates, or other official rules released after the cut-off for that round will not be used until the following round.

For example:

Round 1 uses all rules released before the Round 1 cut-off.

Round 2 uses all rules released before the end of Round 1.

Round 3 uses all rules released before the end of Round 2.

This ensures all players have a stable ruleset for each round while still allowing the league to stay up to date as it progresses.

Painting & Battle Ready
All armies DO NOT need to be Battle Ready.

The standard 10 Victory Points for Battle Ready armies will be automatically throughout the league.

When & Where to Play
League games should ideally be played during Club Night:

Mondays – 6:30pm to 11:00pm

Playing at the club offers:

Experienced players available to help with rules queries
Access to tournament-standard terrain
A great opportunity to meet other players and be part of the community
If you cannot make Club Night, you and your opponent may arrange another suitable venue and time, provided the game is completed before the round deadline.

It is your responsibility to contact your opponent through Discord and organise your game. Club terrain is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so please ensure you have booked terrain before arranging your game.

Missed Games & Drop-outs
If you're having difficulty arranging your game, please contact the organiser as early as possible.

Extensions may be granted where appropriate, but communication is essential. Failure to communicate may result in the game being recorded as a draw or loss.

If you need to withdraw from the league, please let the organiser know as soon as possible so future pairings can be adjusted.

Late entries may be accepted where possible but will not be paired until the following round if pairings have already been generated.

Results
Results should be submitted through Best Coast Pairings as soon as your game has finished and no later than the round deadline.

Sportsmanship
This league welcomes both casual and competitive players. We encourage everyone to play to the best of their ability while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.

Clear communication, honesty, and good sportsmanship are expected at all times. Win or lose, the goal is for every player to leave the table having enjoyed a challenging game and improved their understanding of Warhammer 40,000.
